Events Manager
We’re excited to be hiring an Events Manager on a 12-month FTC, into our creative and collaborative Marketing team. The Events Manager role helps bring our brand to life across the UK!
Playing a pivotal role in our Marketing team, you’ll be:
Planning and delivering HECK’s nationwide events calendar, making sure they’re unforgettable and on-brand
Leading sampling events and product experiences that get people talking and tasting!
Coordinating social media buzz around events to amplify reach and engagement
Overseeing event set-up and breakdown, keeping things safe, slick, and stress-free
Owning the events budget, making smart decisions for maximum impact and ROI
Tracking KPIs like footfall, engagement, press coverage, and sales to measure success
Acting as a HECK! ambassador, building strong relationships with partners and suppliers
Managing logistics and scheduling for community-based events and our HECK! bus
What you’ll need to succeed:
Proven experience planning and delivering events
Strong organisational and project management skills
People skills that shine - experience managing teams, volunteers, or temporary staff
Confident communicator with experience managing suppliers and stakeholders
Budget management experience
Creative thinker with a passion for brand experiences
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel nationwide
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and on call as required
