We're looking for a methodical, detail-focused individual to join our supply chain team and help us deliver on this mission - ensuring every delicious product reaches our customers with the quality and care they deserve.

Stock & Inventory Management

• Receive and book incoming goods accurately into the stock system
• Verify delivery documentation against purchase orders and report discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies through system checks and physical audits
• Conduct monthly stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records

Supply Chain Support

• Process purchase orders and coordinate timely deliveries
• Analyse forecast data to support resource planning and production scheduling
• Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to optimise operations and manage stock flow

Compliance & Sustainability

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and traceability requirements
• Contribute to carbon reporting initiatives (Scope 1, 2 & 3)
• Support packaging compliance by collating and submitting EPR/PRN data

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills
• Problem-solving mindset with analytical approach

Desirable:

• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics)
• Food industry or FMCG background
• Forklift license or warehouse experience
• Knowledge of food safety standards
